IIBS provide very good placement, If we compare this college with others, other colleges have good infrastructure, But they do not provide good package to their students, because they work on the outer appearance, But for the MBA students they need dynamic work, and hard work, or the combination of both, then only they will be successful in their life.
This is the only reason IIBS ranking is number 1, you can search on the google also.
